Our programs are organized into departments of youth community employment and development. As the Italian American Civil Rights League's mission statement explains, our purpose is to enhance the services of youth and families in the community and to promote neighborhood harmony, stability and quality of life.

COMPASS/SONYC

Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP)
Youth work up to 25 hours per week for six weeks with the goal of building on their individual strengths and incorporating youth development principles.
