Located on East 107th Street, IACRL @ M.S. 366 is one of the SONYC program sites that cater to children within the middle school grades 6-8. Under the direction of Ms. Capers, these programs are dedicated to stimulating interest in education, building self-esteem, encouraging self-reeliance and independent thinking.
