Youth Workers must have a strong interest in working with youth and in participating in the operation of activities that enrich the experiences of children in the COMPASS/SONYC programs
The Worksite Developer must be able to interact with professionalism and exhibit excellent customer service skills.
Payroll Clerk is to assist in all activities regarding the management of summer youth participants compensation during the program.
Worksite Monitors work with youth and site supervisors to provide guidance and counseling to aid in the youth's successful completion of the program
File clerks must maintain the SYEP document database and help make sure that documents they are given are stored and labeled correctly for later use.
The Supervisor for Worksite Monitors responsibilities are to act as a liaison and maintain positive relationships between IACRL, worksites and the monitors
Instructor responsibilities are to facilitate an overview of the program
