The Work, Learn & Grow Employment Program (WLG) is a New York City Council funded initiative designed to build off of the experiences gained in the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP). WLG provides participants of the 2015 SYEP who are between the ages of 16-24 and are currently in-school with career readiness training and paid employment opportunities for up to twenty five weeks from October to April.
How to Apply: (participants are selected by lottery)
To be eligible for the Work, Learn & Grow Employment program, you must:
- Be a 2015 SYEP participant
- Be between the ages 16-24
- Currently enrolled in school
